We wanted to inform you that the Beneficial Ownership Reporting (BOI) requirements are once again in effect, with a new deadline of March 21, 2025, for most companies.

Additionally, there has been an increase in small businesses receiving solicitations for BOI filings from unscrupulous third parties. Please stay vigilant and be cautious when handling any third-party offers related to BOI filings.
